Guests are kindly requested to collect keys from 16.00 to 19.00.
From Monday to Friday, keys will be collected at Avenida Generalitat Valenciana 1, in Calpe. The office is called Victoria and you can find it just in front of the central bus stop.
For arrivals on Saturdays, Sundays, national and local bank holidays, and out of office hours, please inform Apartamentos Victoria Beach & Spa at least 48 hours in advance of your expected arrival time and send a photocopy of your National ID or Passport. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Please note that a damage deposit of EUR 150 is required and will be refunded upon check out.
Please note that air conditioning and heating are available at an extra cost of EUR 7 per day. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
